We generally ship orders within 1 to 3 business days but this can vary a little during the holidays.  Delivery time will depend on the shipping service you selected.

Should you notice you made a mistake after submitting your order please email us  immediately at info@southerngraceandhome.com and include your order number. Once your order has been placed we are sometimes limited on the changes we can make, particularly for personalized items.

Most products offer the ability to purchase without a monogram.

We are unable to accept outside items to personalize.
