SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- What does shipping cost?
Shipping is reasonable and calculated at checkout. We currently only ship within the USA.
- Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and processed which can take up to 48 hours. You will then receive a second email once your order has shipped with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

- What if my package appears lost or stolen?
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please contact the delivery company. Once the carrier can confirm the case of lost parcels, we will only offer store credit or a replacement. We are not responsible for packages that show “delivered” but you or your recipient can’t find.
- What happens if one of my items is on backorder?
If one of your items was purchased on back-order, we may wait to ship your order once all the items become available. You may find a pre-order / back-order marker in the description of the product listing and on your order confirmation.
- What happens if my package is returned to sender?
We will contact you via email as soon as your package is returned to our warehouse. If the package was returned due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, we will ask that you pay an additional standard shipping charge for the second shipment.
- What if I entered the wrong address or wish to cancel my order?
If you decide to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please write to us asap at email@example.com. We have a short window before your order is processed. Note that your parcel will be returned to us if the shipping address is incorrect. In this case, we have to wait to get it back and then we can either re-ship the parcel to your correct address (additional shipping charges apply) or provide you with a store credit in line with our Return Policy. (Note that personalized orders may not be returned).
- Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time.
- What is your return policy?
Shopping with us should be a good experience. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that sorted out for you! Customized products you don’t like are not returnable due to the personalized nature of monogrammed gifts.
Before you return an item, note these policies:
- Merchandise may be returned for a Gift Card Code that will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You may then apply this to your next order!
- Returns should be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date.
- All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
- All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with original sewn in tags still intact
- Generally the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We encourage you to hang on to your tracking number for your return as this can help our team provide a specific estimate for when you can expect your gift card code to be processed. Return shipping cost will be paid by us only if the return is a result of our error. Please use a trackable method for return shipping as we are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our warehouse. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN
All we need you to do is fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package and the item(s) you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Please allow 2-5 days for us to process your return and send your gift card by email.
All Gift Cards, Exchange, Sale, Promotional items, and Personalized items are final and are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, and/or Warranties.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you want to edit or change your order, simply email us your desired changes at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, if the order has already been processed, we will not be able to make any modifications to the order and the normal return policy applies.
